Mrs. Dingman's Class Diamonte
Diamond-Shaped Poems
December 2000
This page was last updated on: May 17, 2010
We combined Language Arts and Science requirements in this writing activity. We learned about a new form of poetry, wrote our poems about our current topic in Science, reviewed parts of speech, and continued to gain comfort using our classroom computers. We used a Thesaurus, both on the computer and in book form. Selecting synonyms this way was a lot of fun!!
